Playful yoga and mindfulness sessions designed to support growing bodies and minds.
Kids wellness sessions focus on movement, breathing, focus, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Vibrant Yoga offers on site kids yoga for homes, schools, after school programs, and private events across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Yoga is just as valuable for kids as it is for adults. Research continues to show that yoga and mindfulness support children’s physical health, emotional regulation, and overall well being. Through movement, breath, and mindful play, kids build strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness in a way that feels fun and engaging.
Beyond the physical benefits, kids yoga supports focus, memory, confidence, and emotional resilience. Children who practice yoga and mindfulness often develop stronger self esteem, improved attention, and healthy tools to manage stress and big emotions both in and out of the classroom.
Vibrant Yoga offers kids yoga programs throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, delivered on site in schools, homes, and community spaces. Sessions are playful, age appropriate, and designed to meet kids where they are.

Masha came into my Kindergarten Prep class at Bright Horizons. She worked with my class as a whole group to participate in partner and whole group yoga! She uses inviting techniques to engage the young kids and they loved it! She was positive, insightful, and patient!!!

My daughter attends a school that offers after-school yoga through Holistic Cure. She had never taken yoga before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the first day of class she came home and was so excited to tell me about it. At the end of the semester she was disappointed her class was over and immediately when she got in the car after, she asked me to sign her up for the following semester session. Sadly, winter/spring classes were cut short due to COVID-19, however Masha (the owner) and Alicia, my daughter’s instructor, put together a virtual class on Google Meet for her class. One advantage of them doing the class online was I had the chance to observe their class and the instruction. Alicia is great with children. She is patient and works well with the challenges of children talking over one another and constantly asking questions, talking about what they did all week, trying to show the rest of the class their pets, favorite toys, etc. At the beginning of class she gives the kids the opportunity to chat with one another for a few minutes to get that out of their systems. She also incorporates age-appropriate activities during class such as reading them books as they quietly meditate on their yoga mats. Yoga has finished for the spring term, and my daughter cannot wait to join Alicia and Masha for their summer virtual class!

We had our daughter’s birthday party with Holistic Cure (she turned 11) and she and her friends loved it! Masha helped us come up with a theme, she had props and girls had a really nice and fun yoga class at our house that they all really enjoyed. All in all it was a very unique, wonderful party that my daughter and her friends have been talking about for weeks, and will remember for years to come. Thank you!! 😀

Masha was quick to organize a much-needed safe way for kids to interact and come together despite a pandemic. My younger kid truly enjoyed the experience! From learning different yoga poses, to seeing new faces (at least on screen), to thinking creatively/imaginatively and reading time, the yoga session offered it all. I would sincerely recommend yoga classes for kids with Masha to anyone looking to engage their young children in a fun and healthy way!
